IGNOU Solution Hub provides digital academic reference materials, including IGNOU Solved Assignments, Guess Papers, and Projects. All products are delivered exclusively in digital PDF format. Delivery is deemed complete immediately upon successful payment and access being granted, irrespective of whether the user downloads or opens the file. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their device is capable of opening PDF files.
It is the sole responsibility of the user to verify all product details, including course code, subject name, program, and academic session, prior to placing an order. The Company shall not be held liable for any error, loss, or dispute arising from incorrect selection or failure to verify details by the user.
Since the products offered are digital in nature and made available instantly after purchase, all sales are final and non-cancellable, and refunds are generally not provided. This policy follows standard industry practices applicable to downloadable digital content. However, the Company may consider refund requests in limited and exceptional cases.
Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances, subject to verification and sole discretion of the Company:
The same IGNOU assignment, guess paper, or project has been purchased twice by mistake

The user has received a product belonging to an incorrect course or subject
In all such cases, the refund request must be raised within 48 hours from the date of purchase. Requests submitted after this period shall not be entertained under any circumstances.
Refunds shall not be granted in situations including, but not limited to:
Change of mind after purchase
Wrong purchase made by the user and the product has already been downloaded or accessed
Failure to verify product details before completing payment
Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations or academic outcomes
To request a refund, the user must send an email to ignouassignment123@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request.” The email must include the order number, the email address used at the time of purchase, and a detailed explanation of the issue. The Company will review the request and respond within three (3) business days. If approved, the refund shall be processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days to the original mode of payment.
A 100% refund shall be granted only in cases where it is conclusively verified that the assignment or project delivered contains entirely wrong content or belongs to a wrong course. Minor errors, differences in interpretation, or dissatisfaction with individual answers shall not qualify for a refund.
All assignments, projects, and solutions provided by IGNOU Solution Hub are intended strictly for reference purposes only. If there is an issue with any particular answer, the final responsibility lies with the student to research, modify, and write the correct answer. The Company does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, originality, grades, marks, or academic results.
Where assignments provide options regarding the number of questions to be attempted, the Company covers only the minimum compulsory questions required for compliance and scoring purposes. All materials are prepared using IGNOU study blocks and verified internet sources, but no warranty is given regarding absolute correctness.
Under no circumstances shall IGNOU Solution Hub, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of the use of or reliance upon the materials provided, including academic loss, financial loss, reputational damage, or legal consequences.
The Company shall not be responsible for technical issues including payment gateway failures, internet connectivity problems, device incompatibility, or third-party service disruptions beyond its reasonable control.
IGNOU Solution Hub reserves the unrestricted right to modify, amend, or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any such changes shall become effective immediately upon being posted on the website.
